INTRODUCTION
The debate over Gun control bill circulated 3 (28years) decades ago, however congress members
(bipartisan) has successfully submitted bill for President assent. The 2 nd amendment gave (right
to keep and bear) arms as fundamental right, but constitution is made for betterment of people in
current situation change is required. Current situation required change in constitution. Currently
in US there are 300 million firearms and 20900 people have been killed highest firearms killing
rate among the wealthiest nations. In June 2022 19 children and 2 teachers were killed in Uvalde
school 2nd deadliest shooting in the history of US, There have been 278 mass shooting in 2022.
The current bill puts tougher check and balance on Guns buyers.
