penalty of perjury, hereby place this Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) of herewith named products
according to the following terms and conditions:
COMMODITY: UREA 46%PRILLED & GRANULAR (NON-RUSSIAN ORIGIN)
Quantity from: 100.000 - 150,000 TM per Month,
CIF Price: Gross $ 250.00 USD/$ 230 .00 USD NET,
COMMISSION STRUCTURE: $10 USD Buyer Side / $10 USD Seller Side.

LOADING PORT:
DELIVERY: Callao-Lima (PERU) SEA PORT
INSPECTION: SGS test report will be conducted at the loading port by SGS
PAYMENT INSTRUMENT: Contract SBLC760, DLC MT700 at unloading sea port
PERFORMANCE BOND (PB): 2% PB to be issued by Seller’s Bank in favor of the Buyer.
SHIPMENT METHOD: Via Vessel
COMMISSION: Split 50/50, Seller side closed, Buyer side open

STANDARD CIF PROCEDURE (ASWP) FOR ALL PRODUCT ORIGIN

1. Buyer Issue Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order ICPO with soft probe including
Passport Copy, Company Profile.
2. Seller Issue Commercial Invoice for the Lift able Goods/Draft Contract 12 Months
3. Buyer Return Signed and Accepted Commercial Invoice to Seller/Draft Contract together
with NCNDA /IMFPA signed by all the involved intermediaries and Seller releases the
below documents:
• Statement of availability of product.
• Commitment to Supply the Product with the Allocation Certificate with Allocation
Number

• Company Registration Certificate.


• Approved SPA and CI for the Buyer to lodge with their Bank
4. Buyer issues SBLC MT760/DLC / MT700 to Seller Bank and Seller Bank Swift Full set of
POP documents and 2% Performance Bond within 72 Hours after Confirmation of
instrument. If the Buyer fails to issue the SBLC / DLC payment method within 3 banking
days, Buyer will make a cash deposit of $365,000.00 by TT wire transfer for allocation
and security guarantee to enable Seller’s charter vessel and commence shipment (This
payment shall be deducted from the total cost of product after inspection at discharge
port.)
5. The Full POP Documents Listed Below:
• Copy of the charter party agreement(S) to transport the product to the Discharge
Ports.
• Copy of Pipeline contract to transport the Product to the Port
• Copy of approval to export issued by the ministry of justice
• Copy of license to export issued by the ministry of energy
• Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product
• Copy of statement of availability of the product
• The letter of guarantee of an oil refining
• Copy of the Port Storage agreement
• SGS Reports from loading port.
• Copy of tank storage receipts
• Copy of DIP test authority
• Ocean Bill of Lading
• Certificate of Origin
• Insurance.
• Notarized NCNDA/IMFPA and Endorsed by the Seller Bank to Secure
commission Payment.
6. Shipping of The Goods Will Commence within 10 -15 Days from The Date of the Seller’s
Receipt of the Acceptable Payment Instrument or Earlier.

7. Buyer Issues MT103 upon Delivery at Buyers Port and Seller pays all intermediaries
involved in the Transaction according to the Signed NCNDA/IMFPA within 24 hours of
Buyer payment.
