Settlement Agreement

I,_______________________________________ am giving 4 days notice to my landlord Hinna Z. that I


will be moving out on 30th of September 2020 at or before 6pm.

I acknowledge that I failed to give 60days notice as agreed upon in the rental agreement signed by me.

As a settlement, the landlord and I, _______________________________ have come to following


agreement:

 The full amount of security deposit will be forfeit to the landlord Hinna Z. as rent deficit.
 Any further damages found on the property inflicted by _______________________________
will be paid for by _______________________________ prior to moving out. Damages to date
include: water hoes sprinkler, double mattress set, and portion of total bug spray cost. Any
further damages will be added to the list. I, _______________________________ agree to sign
the damage assessment and pay for the cost incurred.
 I, _______________________________ will complete the checklist given to me by the landlord
prior to moving out.
 I, _______________________________ will complete the walk through with the landlord after
removing all my belonging from the property. If any damages are found then I will be
responsible for them.
 I, _______________________________ will remove all me belong on or before 30th of
September 2020 at or before 6pm. If anything is left behind then I will be liable for any cost that
maybe incurred for the removal.

I, _____________________________________________ agree to the settlement agreement above to


vacate the rented space early and without 60days notice.

I, _____________________________________________ further agree not to trespass onto the


property located at 222 Dunsmore lane, Barrie, ON, L4M 7A3 after moving out on 30th of September
2020 at or before 6pm.
