QUITCLAIM, WAIVER AND RELEASE

1. We decided not to pursue the purchase of a parcel of land located at

---------------------- as discussed in our letter dated 14 January 2022 addressed to
Ms. ---------------------;
2. As heirs of our late mother-----------------, we are pre-terminating the contract
to sell she entered into with Ms. -----------------------;
3. We agreed to refund the payments made by our late mother in the total
amount of Php---------------------less the 10% liquidated damages pursuant to
the said contract to sell;
4. We acknowledge the receipt of the refunded amount in cash/check from Ms.
-------------------- to our satisfaction;
5. We finally make manifest that We have no further claim(s) or cause of action
against Ms. --------------------, including their heirs or assigns, nor against any
person(s) connected with the purchase of the said parcel of land and forever
release the latter from any and all liability.
