1. Bangun jam 3.00 PAGI


- Sholat Taubat 2 Rakaat
o “Ushalli Sunnatat Taubata Rak'ataini Lillahi Ta'ala”
- Sholat Tahajjud 2 rakaat
o "Ushallii sunnatan tahajjudi rak'ataini mustaqbilal qiblati lillahi ta'alla."
- Sholat Hajat
o “Ushollii sunnatal haajati rok'aataini lillahi ta'ala”

2. Jam 4.00 pagi


- Mandi sebelum subuh
- Istigfar 100 kali

3. Jam 5.00 pagi


- Sholat Sunnah Fajar
o “Ushallii sunnatan qabliyatash shubhi rak'ataini lillaahi ta'aalaa”
- Sholat Subuh
- Sedekah Subuh

4. BACA QUR’AN
Subuh dan Magrib.
Meningkatkan kecerdasan otak

5. Jam 8.00 am
Sholat Dhuha 4 rakaat
o “Usholli sunnatadh dhuhaa arba'aa roka'aatin mustaqbilal qiblati adaa'an
lillaahi ta'aalaa”
6. Sholat di awal waktu
7. Rutin
- AL-Waqiah selepas subuh
- Al-Mulk selepas Isyak
- Berwuduk sebelum tidur
- Sholawat 100 kali
o Allahumma shalli 'alaa sayyidinaa muhammad wa'alaa aali sayyidinaa
muhammad wasallim tasliima
