your shoe, group members, class/class period.

Table of contents:

Label the pages and list the page numbers to organize your sketchbook for your audience.

Page 1:Customer Profile:

The purpose of a customer profile is to explain who your customer is as it relates to the product. What information did your teacher give you when you
asked your questions to get insight on their likes, dislikes, and necessities when they shop for shoes. This should be very detailed and can be in bullet
format. The audience should get a clear idea as to who your customer is and how they can utilize the shoe that you created. If you realize you don;t have
enough information on your customer be sure to ask them more questions. Topics need to include but are not limited to

● Foot Measurements: what shoe size do they wear? Do they have a wide foot or long toes or anything that they have to accommodate for when
looking for shoes?
● Activity level/Purpose: How active/ non active is your customer. This would also relate to the purpose of the shoe. If the are using the shoe to go
out with friends, how active are there typical outings? Do they go to concerts where they stand up a lot, do they sit down a lot at a restaurant, etc.
● Style: Do they like bulky or sleek looking shoes. What type of aesthetic do they typically go for? Does the shoe zip up, lace up, or just velcro?
● Comfortability: Depending on their foot measurements and activity level what does the structure of the shoe consist of? Do you need to add extra
padding on the inside or bottom of the shoe to ensure their feet don't hurt? Do you need to create a breathable shoe due to the fact that their feet
sweat easily? Does your shoe need to be wide because their toes have space in between them?
● Favorite colors: this is straight to the point what are their favorite colors and is there a purpose behind it.
● Durability: how are they on their shoes, this will tie into the activity level of them. If they are using the shoe for fashion they might not need as much
enforcing durable material compared to someone using the shoe as something they can wear everyday.
