Problem:
1. Route Card
2. Movement Problem while cleaning units
3. Plate Making Mistakes
4. UV Packing
5. Shade Variation
6. Machine Maintenance which can cause some other problem; Moisture in sensor.
7. Registration and Color match
8. pH is not checked

Solution:
1. Assign this job to operator after completing of the job, because in this timing Astt
operator will help in other make ready operations to helpers

2. Arrange required materials i.e Cloth, IPA, Paper on both sides of the cylinder panel
and put waste & good material in diff. direction, by implementing this method it will
reduce downtime & movement from 15to 10mins

3. Check every plate factors like as Dot, letter cut & letter smudge (Clearance)

4. Sheet Packing of new job should be done before running job is finished.

5. Properly mix up ink while making Pantone color, else adding color during print-run,
it will lead to un-attaining visual Quality

6. Clean or blow off the dust & dirt from the machine, it may be in feeder board, pile
board , feeder head, Side & front lays, dampening & ink guards, delivery board & fan
and all the sensors etc.

8. Maintain pH level 4.5 to 5.5 after every job.
