II.

WORK STEPS
a. Facilities and Infrastructure of Work Area
1. Work area must be clean from dirt, dust, garbage and belonging were scattered
2. Adequate lighting
3. Make sure the working tools in good condition
4. Wear appropriate work equipment (helmet, masker, safety shoes, etc)
b. Preparatory Work Processes
1. Check the final drawings that have been approved
2. Prepare the materials to be used
3. Prepare work tools/equipment in the work area processes (grinding, cable rollers,
brushes, etc)
c. Work Process
1. Clean the mold surface from dust, water and oil
2. Wax the mold surface with mirror glass
3. Clean the mold surface with a rag so clean and shiny
4. Pairs of glass materials, then wet with resin hardener that has been mixed, at least 2%
with the arrangement that has been determined by engineer
5. Do lamination step by step to avoid burning process
6. Press the layer of the latter with polyester film to get the slippery
7. Wait for it to dry for 5 hours
8. Open the product after dry
9. Do marking area to be cut as per final drawings that have been approved
10. Do cuts to the sides using a cutting machine
11. Trim pieces of used machinery that is sleek and not rough

ATTENTION OF WORK
1. No Smoking
2. Used masker
3. When exposed to harzadous liquids, immadiately flush with water
