Process flow to Upload KYC and view Approved KYC

This manual provides the process to view approved KYC’s and to upload KYC details such as Bank,
PAN, Aadhar, Aadhar Enrolment Number, Passport, Driving License, Election Card, Ration Card, and
National Population Register in the member login of Employees Provident Fund Organization portal.
Click on the URL https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ and below screen will
appear:

1.) Enter UAN number, Password, Captcha and click on Sign on. Select Manage KYC. Following
screen will appear:

2.) To update Bank details, opt the selection box of Bank and Update Bank account number, IFSC
code and Name as per Bank. Then, click on “Save”.

3.) Confirmation of details upload will appear as:

4.) Saved KYC details will reflect under Pending KYC. Inform the employer to approve KYC using
Digital Signature Card (DSC)

5.) Once they approve using DSC, it will reflect in the Approved KYC tab as below:

Note: 1. Repeat the same process for other KYC documents upload such as PAN, Aadhar..,
2. Expiry date is mandatory for Passport and License.
3. If any data mismatch occurs, then it has to be corrected in respective document or UAN records.
