Cutting and joins

Cutting and Sealing PL Track - Types of join

Saw/Hand shears

Butt Joint (Straight) Corner Joint

1-3 mm gap Tracks can be butted against each other
Optional: Use tool or mitred (cut at an angle)

Caution: Ensure end is cut as spacer gauge between tracks
flush and clean.
No FOD or debris!

Apply seal provided. Optional, use scraper tool to

remove excess:
X18 & X23 tool: 85-50007-001 X36 & X11 tool: 85-50014-001
Caution: All cut parts must be sealed!
Min 1.6mm bead!
