Growing Up and Going to College: My Story

Life is about finding your purpose, over and over again. As I've stepped onto this new
chapter of my life. I realized that Senior High School has indeed become my stepping stone and
mirror to reflect who I want to be. Growing up, I didn't have any specific career that I wanted in
my mind. I'm just a little girl whose dream is to survive. But when I met these strict teachers who
they called Ms.Mallillin and Mr.Gabat everything changed. Everything seems to be cleared. My
mind and heart find their own path.

These teachers weren't just educators; they were like enlightenment in my confused mind.
I'll never forget those times they really inspired me. Whenever they say, 'Gamitin nyo ang inyong
critical thinking' or 'Mas ok na ang maging honor lang basta't may integridad,' it deeply affects
my soul. From a little girl who isn't brave enough to join an organization or even socialize with
others, I become someone who wants to pursue education just like them. I may not be
intellectually strong enough for others, but I'll make sure to be someone who has integrity and
honor to influence and inspire youth.

From the next decade of my life. I want to be able to see and come back to my alma mater,
with a sharp mind to shape those students who need it. I aspire to mentor and guide those who
need it most, offering support and encouraging them to find their academic and personal
journeys. By returning to my roots and giving back to the institution that shaped me, I hope to
inspire the next generation to reach their fullest potential and become leaders in their own right.
