8. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SATISFACTION

These are some highlighted good reviews about Mallberry Suits business Hotel. They say that the Mallberry

Suits business Hotel is a very descent hotel with efficient personnel. He left a package when he checked out, manning

the front desk at that time did everything possible so that his package will get to him. He said "Keep up the good work

guys". This one is saying it's nice to stay in CDO, they stay for 2 nights and they were fully satisfied the staff are

amazing and vary professional the room are big and clean, the location is the best in Cagayan de Oro forward to come

back soon is possible. Just 20 meters from Limketkai mall and many other services. These are the bad reviews and the

concerns about the services of Mallberry Suits business Hotel. These are his concerns, poor connectivity is not

recommendable, no wifi in the room, no telecom signal. Breakfast was so, staff are not as friendly. He stayed there

before and wifi and cleanliness were already a problem. He said that after 5 years, the hotel is have the same issues.

This one is complaining about the room is too Dark, his first impression was ok. Near the malls in the Limketkai area.

On the way up, hallway leading to his room was too dark. It’s as if he was in a horror movie. Same with the room he

thought it was comfy enough for sleeping. Another one he complained is the water heater is isn’t working, and no wifi

in the room and cable tv was intermittent. He said that the food was not good, and it's better to eat in the malls outside.

This customer complained about the Staff, she went there last March 7-9, 2012 for a business trip. She was expecting

a lot from the Hotel because the person who booked for them, telling them it's the best hotel in CDO. The front desk
people were phenomenal, that's with sarcasm. They asked for a massage reservation, they just gave them the number

of spa hotline without offering to call the line instead.

because every day there are different types of scenarios where you can enhance your skills.
