How can we help?
1. Make your lab efficient: Cost effective, Space effective and increase the usage
time of your instruments
• Combine more analyzers in one, the quality and technology permits it:
• Purchase cost of the multi-channel analyzer is less than two or three instruments
• Usage cost of 1 instrument is lower than 2 or 3 instruments: Power, Gas, Lab space
– (how much does your lab space cost?)
• Depreciation cost will decrease
• Less spare parts needed

Natural Gas Analysis
The Gas Processors Association (GPA) creates industry standards around technology and procedures for processing
natural gas. These guidelines determine design, installation and maintenance of natural gas distribution, delivery
and measurement systems.

ISO 6975: Natural gas — Extended analysis — Gas-chromatographic method
ISO6976: Natural gas — Calculation of calorific values, density, relative density and Wobbe index from composition
ISO13443: This International Standard specifies the standard reference conditions of temperature, pressure and humidity to be
used for measurements and calculations carried out on natural gases, natural-gas substitutes and similar fluids.
ISO13686: specifies the parameters required to describe finally processed and, where required, blended natural gas

Gas Bag Sampler (GBS)
Automatic Gas Sampler
The JAS GBS allows automated sampling of gases, stored in tedlar bags or gas
sampling balloons, as well as gas cylinders, e.g. calibration gas cylinders.
Sample transfer is carried out via a multi-position valve. Each gas sampling inlet
is equipped with an in-line filter to avoid multi-position valve blocking.
Connection to the GC can be made by means of 1/16” SS tube.
The GBS is controlled via a special JAS Control Software.
Available Models
• GBS-8
• GBS-10
Features
Reproducible results with low Relative Standard Deviations (RSD; measured in percent)
are two main aspects of modern gas analysis. Fundamental is the gas sample injection
at reproducible and controllable volumes, pressures and temperatures.
The JAS GICU Software is literally self-explaining. It can control a MPV for automation
of low-pressure sample containers. The program surface can be divided into five
sections:
1.Toolbar
2.Process indicator
3.Element area
4.Loaded sequence
5.Software revision The element area shows the main hardware components such as:
a. Gas cylinder / Tedlar bag / Bypass
b. Safety valve
c. Remote GC
d. Valve
e. Programmable sample loop pressure
f. Pump valves
g. Vacuum pump

• Dedicated, user-friendly and intuitive software
• Less time consuming: programmed injection sequences is a great time-saver for
routine quality procedures
• Full automation: by synchronizing dilutions, injection, flushing timings with an
external analyzer
• Improved accuracy: multipoint MFC calibration curves for each used gas
• Rigorous metrology : full traceability, documentation, certification of the
concentration accuracy
• Compliance with ISO 6145-7
• Create a calibration gas on demand from one or upto four gases, and one or two liquids
• A very wide range of concentrations from ppb to %
• The heated lines, up to the point of delivery, avoid recondensation of the vaporized
compounds
• A modular construction that allows you to evolve according to your growing needs
• A dedicated software performs all specific calculations and analyzer control
• Creation, storage, and implementation of complex sequences of mixtures and/or
dilutions
