TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I believe that building strong relationships with students is the foundation for their
success in the classroom. When students are comfortable speaking openly, a level of
mutual respect is fostered. Students need to feel accepted in the classroom environment
in order for them to reach their full academic potential. Positive student-teacher
relationships strengthen intellectual achievement.
