household-related circumstances that could potentially affect these

products.

2. Ensure the materials, workmanship, and the products’ conformation

to the set industrial regulations on quality

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS

- In line with the problem posed, the researcher would recommend

that the company tests first their products prior to conducting mass

production. Should there be any deficiency in the quality of service

rendered by these products, preventive measures and improvements

should be undertaken by experts on product development.

V. ANSWERS

Detail comprehensive measures that might be taken as a reliability program

to prevent difficulties of the sort encountered by the Wonderful Washing

Machine Company.

- When some of the finished products are found to have not met the

performance standards, product engineers are tapped to investigate

the issue and shall present their findings and resolutions. This is in

order to guarantee that most products are of quality and adhere to

the set standards or improve whatever seems to be substandard.

- Shall customers raise concerns regarding their owned appliances, the

company shall take into consideration their woes and ensure that the

outcome results in the customer being satisfied. As much as possible,

if the need arises for the products to be improved, it shall be done

effectively and efficiently in order to not jeopardize public trust and

the stability of the company.
