I'm currently holding a position as an Assistant Store Manager at SM Super Malls. I have been
working there since June 11. 2020. I have been promoted to be in this position right after one year
due to my outstanding performance. I'm highly organised, love to work with other people, have great
attention to details, can carry out multiple tasks at the same time, am a very strong team player and
the same time I can work on my own with confidence and competence. I'm interested to staying in
the retail sector and keep improving myself in person and on online courses (please see them listed in
my resume) to achieve a higher standard of performance.

2. Why do you want to work at this company?

I like to work in this position however I'm striving for more and based on my personality and abilities
I would like to put myself into good use and fulfil higher responsibilities as a store manager at S&R
Membership Shopping.

At my current workplace I have not only learnt to work in a fast paced environment under high
pressure but also been transferred for a period of time to another two branches to help reorganise the
stores according to necessities including restructuring the basic needs during the pandemic. This is
very valuable knowledge and I'm able to these changes now based on few direct commands from
ownership

My work ethics are above standards. I'm absolutely determined to achieve whatever is undertaken.
I'm very responsible and reliable person

position but also made good friendship with most of my co-workers and management team as well. I
