Should celebrities become political?

These days many celebrities are getting involved in politics. A lot of celebrities, for example
BTS, Kanye Waist, Eminem and others, are discussing about politics, expressing their opinion
to public or becoming a part of government. But should they do that?
Of course, there are a lot of people who think celebrities should get involved in this kind of
problems. Of course it is a fact that celebrities are big part of our life, and they are
everywhere. So, a lot of people look up to them, and more people would get interested in
politics. Famous people draw more attention than politicians, and a lot of people would
rather listen to celebrities and whatever they tell.
In one hand the fans will think that it is perfectly to see their bias like a politician.
And if we are honest also we can say that pop stars have ascendancy among their fans. Such
person can make people listen to them and have really big influence or even tell whom to
give their vote. That is why, nowadays different parties offer celebrities to join them for
money, because it increases popularity of the party and the probability of being selected is
ensured.
In the other hand some people argue that celebrities should not become politicians.
First of all, they do not realize all problems of a modern policy, because a really good
political needs a special education. And as they say celebrities are only think about
themselves, about their own money, success and name, but not for the country’s future and
stuff. And also there is a chance that the person could be bribed. Besides, the policy takes
much time, and, as we know, pop stars do not have enough time to get educated and learn all
details about the work, because they are busy with their tours, concerts, making content and
so on.
In conclusion I think it’s pretty brave for any famous person to speak out and say
their personal opinion about the situation, but at the same time it can be wrong and leave it’s
consequences. Pop stars’ political activity has its pros and cons. If famous person is a clever,
well-educated and well behaved person, he or she will become a good politician with a
valuable opinion.
