We - the leaders, members and stakeholders of

the Municipality of Hilongos, solemnly and
sincerely declare our noble pledge of supporting
the implementation of the Universal Health Care
(UHC)in Barangay Baliw, Libertad and Hitudpan.

We shall ensure that all people have access to

the full range of quality health services they
need, when and where they need them, without
financial hardship. We shall endeavor the full
continuum of essential health services, from
health promotion to prevention, treatment,
rehabilitation and palliative care through
Philhealth Konsulta Package.

To deliver on this promise, we promote to have

strong, efficient and equitable health systems
that are rooted in the communities we serve.
This commitment is sealed ultimately by the work
we do.
