To whom it may concern,

Please excuse my daughter, Pink Gregorio Lumapas, for being absent today and
the rest of the week. We are going to Zamboanga for the funeral of her beloved great-grandmother.
They haven’t seen each other for a very long time, and this is her only chance to visit her. We have
already communicated this situation to some of her subject teachers and her class adviser, and they
are aware of my daughter’s absence. We have also made arrangements to ensure that Pink will not
miss any lessons in class during her absence. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and
assure you that my daughter will complete any pending tasks and assignments when she returns.
Thank you very much for your understanding and support during this challenging time. Your
compassion is appreciated, and it means a lot to us as we navigate this personal loss. Pink will return
