Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)- is a common lung disease causing

restricted airflow and breathing problems. It is sometimes called emphysema or chronic
bronchitis. In people with COPD, the lungs can get damaged or clogged with phlegm.
Symptoms include cough, sometimes with phlegm, difficulty breathing, wheezing and
tiredness.

and a decline in kidney function is part of that abnormality in metabolic systems. There is
breakdown of muscle tissue that results in kidney failure.

Non communicable disease (Skin Cancer) - abnormal growth of skin cells most often
develops on skin exposed to the sun. But this common form of cancer can also occur on areas
of your skin not ordinarily exposed to sunlight.

Death and injury - Climate change is impacting health in a myriad of ways, including by
leading to death and illness from increasingly frequent extreme weather events, such as
heatwaves, storms and floods, the disruption of food systems, increases in zoonoses and
food-, water- and vector-borne diseases, and mental health issues.
