Backdrop: A city
Props: Christmas decorations, a magnifying glass, toys
The mystery guys are at a Christmas Festival
Daphne: I love Christmas! Just vacations, no mysteries to investigate. (Spins around)
Shaggy: Oh, don’t remind me about the creepy ghosts.
Scooby: G-g-gh-ghosts!? Where??
Shaggy: Don’t worry my friend, we’ll enjoy the Christmas doing our best, eat!
Velma: I’m not sure about the ‘’no mysteries’ part. Look, that man looks concerned!
(The man approaches)
Man: Santa has stolen all the children’s presents!
Shaggy: Santa? What do you mean?
Man: All the toys I’ve collected to donate were stolen by a type of macabre Santa Claus!
Scooby: Ma-ma-macabre Santa?!
(Shaggy and Scooby trembled with fear)
Velma: Guys, stop shaking. There’s nothing to worry about!
Man: You need to believe me!
A scaring breath goes along with a creep laugh.
(The man runs away)
(Shaggy hugs Scooby *scared*)

Shaggy: I don’t like it.

Daphne: Something’s weird is happening.
Velma: It looks like we got ourselves a mystery!(hands a magnifying glass)
Scooby: I’m out!
Shaggy: Me too!
Daphne: No, boys. Friends don’t quit.
Velma: Exactly! And you can’t quit right now, look what I’ve just found!(Points to a toys trail)
Daphne: It must be the donation’s toys. Let’s catch them.
(They follow the trail)

Act 1 Scene 2
(A kid crosses the Mystery Inc.’s way. She’s fast.)
Daphne: Hey, little girl, where are you going?
Kid: There will be gifts for children at the Christmas Festival.
Daphne: So you’re waiting for Santa?
Kid: Nah, I don’t believe in that. My brother already told me. I just want the candies!
(The kid runs out of the stage)
Shaggy: How sad!
(Mystery Inc. leaves stage)

Act 1 Scene 3
Characters: Little kid and Santa
Props: Christmas decoration, candies.
Little Kid: Hey, dude. Where’s the candy?
Santa: Oh what a misbehaved child! Didn’t your parents teach you good manners?
Little kid: Don’t tell my parents about it!
Santa: Know that you're on my blacklist!

Little kid: I don't believe in that. You're just some old guy wearing a cheap costume. 😉
Santa: You're making me mad! You're coming with me! (Santa catches the kid’s arms)
Little Kid: I’ll tell my old brother!

Act 2
Characters: Little Kid, Santa.
Backdrop: Blank
Props: Christmas decorations, candies, a rope, a chair, a phone.
Sound Effects: Phone sounds (bip)
(They arrive in Santa’s lair, the kid keeps screaming)
Little kid: Get your hand out off me. I want my mom! *cries loud*
Santa: Stop it! Keep your mouth shut or you’ll never see your parents again! (Hands a rope)
(Santa pushes the kid to a chair, and ties her)
Kid: I promise I’ll be a good kid!
Santa: Now it’s too late. Silent! (hands a phone)
(Santa makes a call)
Sound effect: Phone button
Santa: Mystery Inc., huh? Did you know that Santa Claus is the villain of this Christmas?
(He waits for a quick answer)
Santa: If you want that kid back you’ll need to come to my lair.
Kid: Help!
Santa: Shut up! If I were you I’d hurry or you’re going to be on my black list!

Act 3
Characters: Freddie, Shaggy, Velma, Scooby, Daphne.
Backdrop: Mystery Inc.’s Place
Props: A phone, ‘’Scooby Snack’’ box.
Soundtrack and sound effects: Phone call.

The Mystery Inc. receives an unknown phone call

(Freddie answers the phone)
Freddie: Mystery Inc., what’s your mystery?
Freddie: What do you mean? Who’s calling?
(The Mystery Inc. gets closer to the phone)
Daphne: Fred, what’s happening?
Shaggy: Oh no, these ghosts again!
Daphne: What a terrible villain, using a kid in his plan! We need to get there!
Velma: Let’s see who’s messing with our holiday!
Scooby: I don’t think it’s a good idea.
Shaggy: It’s the police’s job (tries to run away)
Velma: Would you do it for a Scooby Snack? (Shakes a Scooby Snack box)
Shaggy: Well… Scooby and I would love to help a kid! (Shakes Scooby)
Shaggy: Right?
Scooby: Hmm…
Scooby: I’m in!

Act 4
Characters: Mystery Inc. , Santa, Little kid
Backdrop: Blank
Props: candy cane, a rope, a chair
Sound effects: Thriller

(The kid keeps screaming)

Santa: If you don’t stay quiet, I will SMASH you!
(Sound effect: Door knock)
Freddie: We came to save these Christmas!
Daphne: We are here to check out this craziness!
Santa: Well well well… Teenagers who think they’re brave enough to face me.
Velma: Let’s sort it out before it’s time to the kids go to bed.
Santa: You, kids won’t receive any gifts this holiday.
Daphne: Why you’re so obsessed in ruining Christmas?
Santa: *laughs* I’ve been a bad guy since 5 and I’m tired of not getting any presents.
Kid: Bro, you need therapy.
Shaggy: I’ll need therapy after it…This ugly Santa is mad!
Scooby: He is threating us using a candy cane…
Santa: If I'm the one who needs therapy, I'll show you how crazy I am!
(Santa points a candy cane to the Mystery Inc.)
Scooby: Hey! There’s no need to use it!
(Scooby hides behind Shaggy)
Freddie: But you can’t be crazier than us 5 together!
Freddie: We better part
Shaggy: Scooby this way!
(Scooby and Shaggy runs out off the stage)
Velma: Let's go this way!
Daphne: No, let's go that other one!
Freddie: Do you see that net over there? (Freddie points)
(Freddie, Daphne and Velma goes to the corner, out of the stage)

Chasing Scene
Soundtrack: Thriller (2:24-2:45 or 3:29-14)
(Shaggy and Scooby comes back to the stage)
(Santa chases him)
(They run around the kid)
Kid: You serious?
(Velma, Daphne and Freddie appears in the corner again)
Velma: Hey, double ugly!
(Santa gets lost in the stage)

Act 5
Characters: Mystery Inc., Santa, police men
Backdrop: Blanc
Props: A net, candy cane
Sound Effects: Bite, Sirens

Shaggy: When I get home, I will eat all the panettone that Christmas can offer me!
Scooby: I´ll be with you! Leave some for me!
Shaggy: Everything would be easier with a Scooby snack, maybe world peace.
(Santa´s appears behind them)
Santa: I have some, do you like it?
(Scooby and Shaggy hugs each other)
(Santa catches Scooby and threats him using a candy cane)
Santa: Don’t move or I will end your snacks.
(Freddie, Velma and Daphne shows up on the stage holding a net)
(Scooby bites Santa)
Sound effect: Bite
Velma: Don´t hurt my friends!
(Velma throws the net in Santa)
Velma: Learn to not mess with this kids anymore!
Scooby: Thank you, guys! *relived*
(Shaggy pushes Santa to the center of the stage)
Freddie: There must be an explanation for all this!
Velma: Let´s see who this maniac is!
(Velma pulls Santa's fake beard)
Mystery Inc.: Donation’s man?!
Santa: I’m sick of this kids ruining my plans!
Santa: Know that you are on my black list, especially this mangy dog!
Daphne: There´s no excuse. You are just crazy.
Freddie: I’ve already called the police. They must be coming.
Sound effect: Sirens
Police: Mãos ao alto! Drop the candy cane!
(Santa drops the candy cane and raises his hands)
Police: You are arrested in the name of Christmas’ Laws.
(The police man handcuffs Santa)
Santa: I would’ve gotten away with it, if it weren't for you meddling kids!

Act 6
Characters: Daphne, Velma, Little Kid
Backdrop: Blank
Props: Toys, a chair, a rope.

(The kid is tied in the chair)

Daphne: No worries. Santa can’t disturb you anymore.
(Velma and Daphne unties the kid)
Daphne: We’ll call your parents.
Kid: No, don’t tell my parents about it!
Velma: Let me guess… you shouldn’t be out this late?
Kid: Shhh… It’s not important. *whispers*
Velma: Do you know where the stolen toys are?
(The kid points)
In the back of the stage
(They start collecting the toys)
(The kid pokes Daphne)
Kid: Can I have one?
Daphne: I thought you didn’t like it… Here.(Daphne gives a toy to the kid)
(The kid chuckles)

Act 7
Characters: Mystery Inc., Little Kid
Backdrop: The city
Props: Scooby Snacks box, Christmas’ decorations
Sound effect: Jingle bells, Santa’s ‘’Hohoho”.

Daphne: I love this peaceful scenario. By the way there’s no trick or treat in Chritimas!
Shaggy: Oh yeah, I hate Halloween. Even the food looks disgusting…!
Shaggy: I just lost my appetite…
Scooby: Oh, panettone! (Points)
Shaggy: Hmmmm… Now I’m hungry!
Freddie: But you’re always hungry!
Daphne: But first, we need to take some photos in the nativity scene!
Shaggy: No, we're going to eat first!
Velma: Or should we go and talk to Santa?
Scooby: Santa? Where?! *scared*
Freddie: Velma, stop it!
Freddie: There's no macabre Santa, calm down
Daphne: Just vacation.
Shaggy: And lots of special holiday's food!
Scooby: Food! *excited*
Freddie: I wish a good Christmas for everyone!
Scooby: And a happy new year!
Shaggy: And let no one go hungry this Christmas...
Daphne: Everybody deserves a happy holiday. I hope the "Macabre Santa" rethink his acts.
Velma: And evey kid should receive gifts!
Sound effect: Jingle bells
(The Mystery Inc. looks up to the sky)
Sound effect: Santa’s Hohoho
Velma: Guys, you know what?
Velma: I think it's time for Scooby Snacks! (Shakes the box)
(Everybody screams in excitement)
Mystery Inc. to the auditory: Happy Christmas!
