REACH Compliance Declaration

We hereby declare our compliance for the Products manufactured in Sweden and China are
fully compliant with the requirements of European Union Regulation (EC) 1907/2006
concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH):

Article 33
A supplier of a product composed of one or more constituent articles (products) of which
contain(s) a candidate list substance (SVHC, Substance of Very High Concern) in a
concentration above 0.1% w/w, shall inform the customer of the presence of such
substance(s) with sufficient information, available to the supplier.
According to our current best knowledge the product and its components do not contain SVHCs
in a content exceeding 0.1% w/w except for the following:

Article 67
A substance on its own, in a preparation or in an article, for which Annex XVII contains a
restriction shall not be manufactured, placed on the market or used unless it complies with the
conditions of that restriction.
We declare that the product does not contravene the restrictions in Annex XVII.

Annex XIV
Substances on the Candidate list are prioritized to be added to the Authorisation List (Annex
XIV). A substance is no longer permitted for the EU market after its sunset date.
We declare that the products do not contain Annex XIV substances that have passed the
sunset date unless an authorisation has been granted for our use or the use is exempted from
authorisation.
ABB is monitoring the updates of the prioritized Candidate List substances to the Authorisation
List (Annex XIV).

ABB has solely relied on the information retrieved from the supply chain and have not
conducted chemical analysis or other similar testing.
