Dear Madam,

I am writing to officially resign from my position as Teacher III at L.O Francisco Elementary
School effective January 15, 2024.

This decision has not been an easy one, but my family and I have made the choice to relocate
abroad. It is a significant move that requires my full attention and commitment, making it
impossible for me to continue my duties at L.O Francisco Elementary School.

I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences I have gained while working at L.O Francisco
Elementary School. The support of the administration, fellow teachers, and the wonderful pupils
has made my time here both rewarding and fulfilling. I will cherish the memories and lessons
learned during my tenure.

I assure you that I will do my best to ensure a smooth transition during the remaining weeks. I
am more than willing to assist in any way possible to make the handover process as seamless as
can be.

I would like to express my gratitude for the support and camaraderie I have experienced at L.O
Francisco Elementary School. I will miss the school community and will always hold fond
memories of my time here.

Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to maintaining a positive connection with
L.O Francisco in the future.
