A. Poblacion, 21, of Barangay Pari-an, snatched a Jhandy J. Bolando’s wallet while she was

walking. Russeline R. Tubalde, a witness, promptly notified the police, leading to Mauricio's

swift apprehension. The stolen wallet was recovered, and the victim, represented by Jhandy

J. Bolando, a 20-year-old resident of Bonifacio, Barangay Ballang, Davao City, sought legal

recourse for the incident.

Action Taken: Following the theft at Carmelite Monastery in Mabolo, Cebu City, Russeline

R. Tubalde alerted authorities upon witnessing Mauricio A. Poblacion snatching a wallet.
