1. Connect to your VPN on USA IP

2. Go to Cash.me

3. Sign in with either your phone or email address

4. Same on your IP go to open to your browser go to pay.google.com

5. Open to another tap on your browser, go to namso.gen

6. Use any of his BIN 374694, 374695, 374696, 374697, 374698, 374699 or others

7. Generate CC then move ahead and check the Live CC

8. Go back to pay.google.com register pay with the generated CC use any name and US address

9. When successful go to playstore, navigate to account, Confirm that your State is reading US.
