If you need to tell us about an incident involving damage to or loss of your car, please phone us immediately on 0333 241 3392

You should phone this number even if your policy does not cover the damage.
If we are asked to repair your car this will be subject to the damage being covered by the policy and an inspection being
carried out by one of our approved assessors.

Our objective is to help minimise inconvenience and stress to you by orgainising a quick and efficient repair of your vehicle, whilst
effectively managing any other claim covered by this policy. The more assistance and co-operation you can provide to our Claims
Service, the easier it will be for us to provide you with the help you need.

To help us process your claim, please make sure you have your policy details to hand when you contact us. We will also need you
to tell us the precise details of the incident.

Your schedule and policy booklet will tell you whether you are covered and/or have to pay an amount towards your claim and
whether there is a limit to the amount of cover we provide.
