Subject : New assignment of Mr. Shahriar Turja, Director – Learning & Development.

With immense pleasure, I would like to announce that Mr. Shahriar Turja, Director - Learning &
Development of IPAP Services has been entrusted with more dignified and greater responsibilities of
leading our new business wing iPAP Property Associates Solutions as Head of iPAP PROPERTY
Solutions with immediate effect. This will be an addition to his current responsibilities as Director -
Learning & Development.

Mr. Turja has earned this additional responsibility as a result of his 26 years of professional experience
in the areas of Marketing and Customer Care, out of which 23 years have been dedicated for IPAP.
Starting his career as an Executive in the Marketing department on April 1, 2000 Mr. Turja
accomplished the additional responsibilities of Customer Care department in the year 2008 through his
extra ordinary capabilities of customer handling.

Mr. Turja and his team have elevated the ‘After Sales Service’ of IPAP to a different height which is
prominently manifested in the successful installation of ‘After Sales Service’ sign board inside all the
handed over projects of IPAP. This is a unique example in the Real Estate sector of Bangladesh. This
has been achieved through the remarkable efforts exerted by him and his team.

Mr. Turja achieved the present height of his career through exemplary efforts and consistency in
performing his duties and responsibilities. He stepped up from Executive through Assistant Manager,
Deputy manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Assistant General Manager, Senior Assistant General
Manager, Deputy General Manager to Head of Customer and Head of iPAP Property Solutions
demonstrating unparallel illustration of dedication and professionalism.
Mr. Turja is blessed with two children (Aged 20 and 10 years), and both of them were born during his
tenure with IPAP.

I strongly believe with confidence that Mr. Turja will take this iPAP Property Solutions business wing
to a different height, like the Customer care department.

All members of the IPAP family are hereby requested to ensure full support and cordial cooperation to
Mr. Turja in every aspect to perform his duties and responsibilities.
