 WHO WE ARE
•Upon registration and the start of business in February 2018, Gauwelo driving and projects has
been in the business of supplying and installation of Air-conditioned equipment , driving school
services (driving lessons, driver’s licenses, leaners driver’s classes), Car services ( Number Plates
services) and ideally providing services to the community as well as delivering orders. Over the
years, Gauwelo driving and projects has transformed into a respected and specialized service
provider to various peoples and companies.
•Gauwelo driving and projects is committed to successfully providing excellent customer service and
fast and efficient delivery services. We aim at reaching a large group of people and effectively
delivering to large companies and organizations. We also aim of increasing our clientele to be able
to grow as an organization and create employment in the various locations.
•Our philosophy is based on a very strong and effective management team making each project their
own and who will have the opportunity to share in the successes of the company.

and tools. We also provide and supply Air-conditioned
products with all its required services.

•As a company dealing with installation services, we must know what key
customers and potential buyers want and are willing to buy before developing
marketing and advertising strategies. We use different marketing segmentations as
the marketing tool in order to maintain our clientele. Marketing segmentation is
the process of identifying key buying groups that patronize our company.
•Our value approach includes selling our mentioned services at reduced prices. This
strategy works well for our business. It is especially effective in attracting groups of
people or families sometimes even in large companies and organizations.
•We started by offering popular items in small portions. This has proudly exposed
us to work with big clients such as Sibanye Stillwater and other satisfied individuals
that we consider them as our loyal primary clients.

•Ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees is of vital
importance to us, which is why we go to extra miles to ensure that our
employees always have their safety wear on at all times.
•The site manager or supervisor conducts routine checks throughout the
day to make sure that all the employees are safe at all times and that
there are no risks posed to their health or safety.
