In that on the 7th day of April 2024 and at D7 Amaveni, Kwekwe, a female adult
unlawfully and intentionally committed an act of domestic violence upon HAWARD
PASCAR her husband by hitting him with fists several times all over the body thereby
inflicting of physical injury upon HAWARD PASCAR.

OUTLINE OF THE STATE CASE

• The complainant is HAWARD PASCAR a male adult aged 43years residing at

D7, Amaveni, Kwekwe and not employed.

• The accused person is a female adult residing at D7, Amaveni, Kwekwe and is
not employed.

• Accused person is complainant’s wife.

• On the 7th day of April 2024 at around 0100hours complainant had a

misunderstanding with the accused person over a cellphone.

• All did not go well with the accused person who then started assaulting
complainant with fists several times all over the body.

• The complainant did not seek medical attention hence no medical report was
obtained.

• The accused acted unlawfully.
