 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report is about making web application for Shree Okhreni Secondary School.
The main objective of this project is to provide the facility of online recruitment
system which helps in saving of time and cost as well as reduce paper and file
work. Earlier the organization have to manually hire the new staffs using papers
and banners making them difficult to reach mass potential pool of applicants and
also time consuming and costly.

This project tries to solve the problem regarding recruitment of applicants, time
and cost, manual screening, etc. making it more secure, accurate and reliable.
 ACKNOWLEDGEMETNS
I would like to thank the University for including such a wonderful task in the
curriculum of BIM. Along with that, I am thankful to our college Orchid
International College, for providing me the opportunity to gather such practical
knowledge and Er. Dhiraj Kumar Jha, my supervisor for this support to grow and
