provisions of the Right to Information
Act, 2005, to request access to certain

public toilets, drains, lakes, parks, and
grounds undertaken by the Jamkhandi
Municipal Council from January 1,
2000, to January 1, 2024.

Below is the detailed list of information

that I am requesting:

1. Copies of Tender Calling

Notifications issued for the
aforementioned infrastructure
development projects during the
specified timeframe.

2. Copy of the list of participants

present in the tender auction for each
project.

3. Copies of Bidding Orders indicating

 the outcomes of the tender process.
4. Copies of Work Orders issued to the
selected contractors for executing the
projects.

5. Details of the commencement date

and completion date for each project.
(with documents)

6. Photographic and videographic

copies documenting the progress and
completion of the projects,

7. Third Party Inspection Reports

conducted during or after the
completion of the projects.

8. Quality Testing Reports ensuring the

compliance of constructed facilities
with relevant standards and
specifications.

9. Financial details related to the

expenditure incurred on each project,
including budget allocations,
expenditure statements, and any other
financial records.

I am willing to bear any reasonable

costs associated with the provision of
the requested information. Please
inform me of any applicable fees or
charges, if any, and the mode of
