1. All four language skills are focused in the ABOE programme.
2. Sufficient materials have been provided to all schools to
implement ABOE.
3. Sufficient time has been given to implement ABOE programme
in the classroom.
4. Only the primary class teachers should handle ABOE in
classrooms.
5. It is expected to introduce the English alphabet through ABOE
programme.
6. The class teachers are expected to introduce only a set of theme
based vocabulary.
7. Clear instructions have been provided to in-cooperate ABOE
with ERA lessons.
