US VISA PROCESS:-

Applicant has to fill up the visa form DS 160 online by visiting https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/
and submit the same. Once submitted CEAC (confirmation page will be generated)

Please keep information ready pertaining for US Office and India office

1. Applicant has to visit the link www.ustraveldocs.com and create his profile

2. Once profile is created, please click on Schedule Appointment

3. Subsequently Steps will be appearing asking for Basic information

4. Once you reach on Step 8, please click on “Click Here for All payments”

5. Pop Up Window will appear with different modes of payments

6. Click on NEFT.

7. Separate page will appear with page heading NEFT and mentioning reference no.

8. Mail us NEFT CONFORMATION page either in Word/PDF format

9. Payments will be made to Bank on the basis of NEFT Reference no. and we will share the
same once payment will be done in 24 – 48 hours

10. Basis on the Reference number , please proceed on after Step 8 and schedule the
appointment

11. Overall 02 appointment will be scheduled – One for Biometric

12. One for Interview at Embassy/Consulate

Once Interview is over passport needs to be collected from US Support Centre
