Below is the organizational structure of KIDO Group that our team has researched:

At the top is the Board of Directors, including the Shareholders' Council. The Board of Directors
delegates the task of managing all business and production activities to the CEO. The Audit Board
works in conjunction with the Shareholders' Council, the Board of Directors, and the CEO in
overseeing all company operations. To balance short-term and long-term goals while ensuring the
implementation of the strategic direction, the CEO establishes the Executive Management Committee
(EMC), which presents topics, requests to the 3 TEAMS, and regulates all activities. Subsequently, a
series of issues at the horizontal level serves as the center for Teams and departments to implement
tasks; this is combined with the expertise and professionalism of each specialized and professional
TEAM along the vertical axis.
Looking at the diagram, it is evident that KIDO Group adopts a matrix organizational structure.

Next are the roles and responsibilities of each team within the group:

Business Team (Sales Department, R&D Department and Marketing Department): This team is
responsible for setting the direction in sales, distribution, marketing, product development, and
consumer research. Team 1 consistently interacts and closely connects with consumers, studies the
competitive environment, and market trends. The role of Team 1 is to provide and feedback
information to the entire company, coordinating closely with functional departments to achieve the
goal of delivering the right product, at the right time, in the right place, and meeting consumer needs.
The support Teams (Team 2 and Team 3) are positioned around Team 1 to provide assistance, offer
feedback, or forecast customer needs and market trends, always keeping the consumer at the center.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team (Production Department, QA/QC Department, Shipping
Warehouse Department and Purchasing Department): This team is responsible for production
activities, quality control, logistics, and warehouse management. SCM Team is the core strength of the
Group, managing the efficient production and distribution of products. The close coordination of Team
2 with Team 1 ensures the delivery of the right product, in the right quantity, to the right customer at
the most competitive price. This is a crucial step in the customer-centric policy and enhances the
competitive advantage for the Group.

Support Team (Human Resources Department, Administration Department, Financial System and
Accounting System): This team has specific functions to support the company's operations, including
human resources, administration, financial accounting, and management accounting. The nature of
Team 3's services relates to infrastructure, so services such as IT, Business Process Management,
Communication, Investor Relations, Purchasing Management, and Finance are centrally managed by
the Group. This allows each company to focus on generating profits and additional value without being
dominated by long-term infrastructure investment issues.

KIDO Group operates under a matrix organizational structure. The highest authority is the Board
of Supervisors, which includes the Shareholders’ Council. They delegate the management of
business and production activities to the CEO. The Board of Supervisors works in conjunction with
the Shareholders’ Council, the Board of Directors, and the CEO to oversee all company operations.

The CEO establishes the Executive Management Committee (EMC) to balance short-term and
long-term goals while ensuring the implementation of the strategic direction. The EMC regulates
all activities and presents topics and requests to three main teams: Business, Supply Chain
Management (SCM), and Support.

The Business Team includes: Sales Department, R&D Department and Marketing Department.
Team 01 is responsible for setting the direction in sales, distribution, marketing, product
development, and consumer research. They consistently interact with consumers, study the
competitive environment, and market trends. Their role is to provide feedback to the entire
company and coordinate closely with functional departments to achieve the goal of delivering the
right product, at the right time, in the right place, and meeting consumer needs.

The SCM Team has 4 departments: Production Department, is responsible for production
activities, quality control, logistics, and warehouse management. They are the core strength of the
Group, managing the efficient production and distribution of products. Their close coordination
with the Business Team ensures the delivery of the right product, in the right quantity, to the right
customer at the most competitive price.

The Support Team provides specific functions to support the company’s operations, including
human resources, administration, financial accounting, and management accounting. They also
manage infrastructure services such as IT, Business Process Management, Communication,
Investor Relations, Purchasing Management, and Finance. This allows each company to focus on
generating profits and additional value without being dominated by long-term infrastructure
investment issues.

In this structure, the consumer is always at the center of their operations, and each team has a clear
role and responsibility. This ensures that KIDO Group can balance its short-term and long-term
goals while implementing its strategic direction effectively.
