Syngenta Flowers. Having experience in the Horticulture and Floral Pathway at El Capitan High
School, I believe that I would make an exceptional addition to your team.

Your job listing mentions a need for someone who can help with all aspects of growing flowers
such as propagation, transplanting and irrigation all of which are areas I have experience in.
From my time in extracurricular activities and being involved in FFA, I have been able to gain
valuable qualities that are beneficial for this position. As my resume states, I have knowledge
and experience in the Floral industry through my Level 1 floral certification. Throughout my two
years of being in the Horticulture and Floral pathway I have had experience in communicating
with my supervisor as well as helping others and lending a hand wherever it is needed. I truly
feel that having these skills will allow me to thrive in this position.

My interpersonal skills and ability to adapt in any situations combined with my strong work
ethic and honesty, make me a dependable employee at Syngenta Flowers. I know that I can
fulfill the required skills that come with this job. I am also looking to further my abilities in the
