Easter in Grand Blanc: City Provides Family-Friendly Activities for Spring of 2024

GRAND BLANC, Mich. Feb. 27, 2024 – The small city of Grand Blanc is home to a plethora of
Easter activities, many of which are free or inexpensive for people of all ages. During this festive
season, these celebrations, put on by the city, help families spend quality time together by
encouraging the community to come together.

“The participation in our city goes above and beyond, particularly during the holiday seasons,”
according to Mayor Susan J. Soderstrom. Soderstrom claims that "now more than ever, these
events serve to unite people and strengthen the community," emphasizing the value of going.
Having said that, here is a list of a few of the Easter-related events taking place in Grand Blanc
this year.

Trunk or TrEASTER 515 Bush Avenue


The Grand Blanc United Methodist Church is hosting an Easter-themed event that is a parody of
the notorious "trunk or treat" Halloween tradition. All ages are welcome to this free, exciting
Easter event, which features face painting, an appearance by the Easter Bunny, and other
entertaining activities. This event will be on March 16, 2024, from 10 a.m. to noon.

Mount Hope Church’s Easter egg Hunt 8363 Embury Rd


Mount Hope Church on Embury Rd. announced its Easter Egg Hunt for children ages zero to 5th
grade. This event will include the Easter egg hunt, inflatables, balloon animals, live bunnies, and
even the Easter bunny himself. The church reiterates that this event is a great opportunity for
kids and adults to “let loose and have a good time.” The hunt will take place on March 23, 2024,
from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The Captain’s Club’s Easter brunch and egg hunt 10200 Woodfield Dr
The Captain’s Club in Woodfield is holding an Easter brunch and Easter egg hunt on March 31,
2024. This event will include a gourmet all-you-can-eat brunch, an Easter egg hunt, face
painting, photo opportunities, and even festive drinks for the adults. All ages are welcome, but
reservations are needed for this event. Infants under two enter free of charge, children three to
eleven enter for $20, and adults for $35.

Easter brunch at Atlas Valley Country Club 8313 Perry Rd


Atlas Valley Country Club on Perry Rd. is also hosting an Easter brunch on March 31, 2024.
Families can choose the time that works best for them as this event is divided into two distinct
periods, 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks,
Easter bunny photos, an egg hunt, and a balloon artist. Reservations are required; the cost is $35
for adults and $20 for children.
