1.5

with
the

possibly
being

higher
since
it

B.
Relevance:
You
might

should

How
does
this

me
or
what
is
it
exactly?
Well
the
truth
is
that
most

Lupus.
It
so

it

Let
me
remind
you
that
although
these
different
types
sound
different,
they
all
have
the
same
painful
symptoms.
It
s
difficult
to
pinpoint
the
exact
cause
of
Lupus,
because
even
healthy
people
experience
these
symptoms.
Transition

main
point:
Now
that
we
ve
talked
about
what
Lupus
is
and
its
different
types,
now
we
re
going
to
talk
about
its
causes
and
symptoms.
(Point
#2)
B.
Point
#2:
Sometimes
the
symptoms
of
Lupus
help
narrow
down
the
possibility
of
whether
one
has
Lupus
or
not
because
there
is
not
one
single,
sure
fire
cause
of
Lupus
that
is
known.
1.
Most
experts
can
agree
that
there
are
a
number
of
factors
that
cause
it;
the
causes
of
Lupus
are
from
a
combination
of
genetics
and
the
environment.
Sometimes
people
inherit
what
is
called
a
genetic
predisposition
which
means
that
they
inherit
the
chance
to
eventually
develop
it.
It
is
very
hard
to
pinpoint
one
single
source
of
cause
that
triggers
Lupus
like
I
mentioned
before.
Things
in
the
environment
like
UV
rays
from
the
sun,
or
unrelated
things
like
an
infection
or
a
pregnancy
can
trigger
it.
The
symptoms
of
Lupus
range
from
Extreme
fatigue,
headaches,
photosensitivity,
pain/
swollen
joints,
and
one
clear
indicator
being
a
butterfly
shaped
rash
across
the
cheek
or
nose.

people

It
works
to
create
a
positive
peace
through
a
transformation
of
conflict.
In
1992,
United
Nations
secretary
General
Boutros
Ghali
released
his
report
titled
An
Agenda
for
Peace.
This
document
proposed
peace
building
as
Action
to
identify
and
solidify
peace
in
order
to
avoid
relapse
into
conflict,
(Boutros
Ghali
11).
While
two
sides
are
still
in
conflict,
there
is
not
a
chance
for
communication
between
sides.
Until
violent
conflict
ceases,
the
two
parties
will
continue
to
dehumanize
one
another
and
decrease
the
ability
to
understand
one
another.
However,
conflicts
cannot
always
resolve
themselves
and
outside
intervention
is
sometimes
needed
to
avoid
a
cycle
of
revenge,
which
can
be
a
result.
The
problem
is
a
well
known
bias
in
human
perception,
whereby
we
inflate
the
value
of
the
wrongs
we
suffer,
and
minimize
the
value
of
those
we
ourselves
inflict.
(Santa
Barbara
179).
Luckily,
there
are
nations
such
as
Canada,
with
politicians
like
Lloyd
Axworthy,
who
created
the
Canadian
peace
building
initiative
in
1996.
The
initiative
suggested
a
concern
for
the
multidimensional
and
integrated
causes
of
civil
war
and
thus
acknowledged
the
need
to
address
the
economic,
social,
and
political
aspects
of
reconstruction
and
reconciliation
(Keating
171).
Michael
R.
Marrus
argues
that
there
are
four
contexts
that
need
to
be
addressed
when
trying
to
develop
a
strategy
for
reconciliation.
These
are
political,
legal,
material,
and
cultural.

Observable artifacts are the objects one can see in the work environment. The main observable
artifact at Chrysler was the fact that Mr. Fong doubled rebates in order to make sales. This was
associated with the culture that led to the company filing for bankruptcy. Another observable artifact
came
with
the
new
changes Mr. Marchionne implemented such as, weekly meetings with his staff. Espoused values can
be
defined as the normal standards in which a company conducts business. A couple of espoused values
mentioned
are
the
"margins and vehicle quality needed to improve and better control over pricing was imperative"
(Kreitner & Kinicki, 2013, p. 86). Mr. Marchionne wanted the company profitable again. Basic
assumptions "are unobservable and represent the core organizational culture" (Kreitner & Kinicki,
2013, p. 65) of a company's behavior. Marchionne made changes by firing executives and adding a
shock factor to the workforce. The observable artifacts, espoused values, and basic assumptions
associated with Chrysler's culture are that the company wants to protect its market share. The
assumption is that the market share and volume of sales are most important to Chrysler. For this
reason it is acceptable to give discounts and rebates. It appears that Chrysler ... Show more content

17. Muscle Contraction Lab Report Effects of Varying Lengths of Rana Pipiens Gastrocnemius on
Tetanic Contraction Joshua Porter, Sofia Tuttle, Yoniko Washington TA: Ryan Hoffman Abstract
Muscles play an essential role in vertebrate life from maintaining posture and locomotion to
controlling the heart. Better understanding them is essential to better understanding life processes. (2)
In
this
experiment, the effects of muscle length on the tetanic contraction tension of the gastrocnemius
muscle of a rana pipiens were observed. It was hypothesized that the highest tension would be
observed at the equilibrium length as observed in peer reviewed sources. (3,4,5) The independent
variable was the length of the muscle and the dependent variable was the muscle tension. This
experiment was done on one rana pipiens. The tetanic muscle contraction was observed by
stimulating it with a current of 1.5 amps at a frequency 20 hz at various muscle lengths. The active,
passive, and total forces were then plotted against the length of ... Show more content on

To determine the current at which stimulation was maximal, the stimulator was set to 0 Amps and the
muscle was stimulated. Then the current was increased by 0.1 Amps and the muscle and force chart
were
observed. This was repeated until the contraction force stopped increasing, which in this case was at
1.5
Amps. Then the tetanus frequency was determined. First the current was set to 1.5 Amps. Then, in
the
VI, the frequency was adjusted to 0 Hz, and the muscle stimulated. The frequency is set by the Pulse
and
Period inputs, which signify the number of pulses and the length of each pulse. So the frequency was
increased accordingly and the results of muscle stimulation were observed. The frequency was tested
at
5
Hz (pulse = 5, period = 200), 10 Hz (pulse = 10, period = 100), and 20 Hz (pulse = 20, period =

16. Groundhog Day Comparison The movie Groundhog Day shares many parallels with the book
Flight by Sherman Alexie. Both Phil and Zits react similarly to the whole situation going through
stages of confusion, happiness, desperation, and acceptance until finally they have learned their
lesson and become better people as a whole. There are some differences though. Zits spends the
beginning of his experience trying to come up with a logical explanation and finally turning to
religion to explain each body he inhabits as him having reached either heaven or hell. Phil never
assumes God plays a role in this although at one point he tells Rita that I am God. (imdb.com)
Instead he quickly decides to use the situation to his advantage since nothing he does has any
consequences and he can learn various things to impress girls or save lives. The biggest difference is
that
Phil has control over what he does and Zits usually doesn t. It switches each time for Zits how
present he is mentally and physically. Only once was he able to make the decision to control what
happens. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... In Groundhog Day Phil Connors wakes up

vision is an essential attribute for school leaders (2008, p. 507). Goal setting is a powerful motivator
for change and when leaders are able to clearly communicate inspiration vision to those they lead, it
is possible to harness this motivation to bring about school improvement in student learning
(Leithwood Jantzi, 2008, p.507). Clearly defined goals encourage school community to contribute to
common goals and also streamlines decision making as only options that align with the vision need

Matthews argues, Clear pupil centred vision and purpose ensured pupils reached their potential.

myself in the study skill academic test, time management was my weakest skill overall. This was
priority in terms of skill development because I would always leave things till the last minute and
stress myself out trying to turn in things on time. In order to improve this I made a smart goal to
carry out in the beginning of the year. Now after some time, the results of my progression are shown.
My smart goal that I created for myself regarding my time management planned out very well, I was
able to successfully accomplish a majority of my assignments on time. I would review the material of
the week on Monday's and compile all of the assignments due for the week. The monthly calendar
was also a key factor in helping me keep up to date in the month so see what where upcoming tasks
the following week. If I needed more clarification on certain tasks then I would login and check the
syllabus. After making sure of the material due, I would distribute the workload throughout the week
based on the weight of an assignment. For example, I would have a small essay that was assigned on
Monday but due until Friday. I would break apart the essay in multiple days so that I would not have
to complete the entire essay in one sitting giving myself more time to work on other subjects. So for
essays I would typically give myself about one hour and a half or so each day to work on it and have
it scheduled for completion by Friday afternoon. Honestly just making a plan Get more content on

Multiverse
Mysteries
of
the
Multiverse
Name:
Assif

PCS–181
The
term
multiverse
has
many
nicknames
including
but
not
limited
to
quantum
universes,
alternate
universes,
alternate
realities
etc.
But,
what
is
the
multiverse?
If
one
was
to
look
up
the
meaning
of
the
word,
the
definition
that
is
provided
in
the
Oxford
Dictionary
states
"a
hypothetical
space
or
realm
consisting
of
a
number
of
universes,
of
which
our
own
universe
is
only
one"1.
The
use
of
the
term
multiverse
or
its
other
moniker
parallel
universe,
has
been
used
in
cosmology,
physics,
and
philosophy
to
perhaps
more
prominently
in
science–fiction
literature
and
movies
for
decades.
Ever
since
Edwin
Hubble

the

is
expanding
in
the
1920s,

Though
existence
of
multiverse
has
not
been
proven
to
be
a
fact
as
of
yet,
the
primary
concern
regarding
the
validity
of
multiverse
theory
is
the
fact
that
the
existence
of
multiverse
is
not
observable
nor
scientifically
testable.
Science
is
based
on
validity,
reproducibility
and
the
pursuit
of
truth.
However,
how
does
one
prove
the
existence
of
something,
if
it
is
purported
to
exist
outside
of
our
visual
horizon?
Unlike
distant
stars,
we
have
yet
to
see
light,
emitted
from
a
parallel
universe
through
a
telescope.
So,
the
argument
against
multiverse
theory
is
that
it
is
a
belief,
rather
than
a
proven
scientific
fact
and
it
is
hypothetical
in
nature.
And
prioritizing
hypothesis
over
observational
confirmations
is
a
mistake
that
scientists
are
not
afforded
to
make.
George
Ellis4,
Professor
of
mathematics
from
University
of
Cape
Town
supports
this
view
by
suggesting
that
even
if
there
were
infinite
number
of
universes,
infinite
is
a
mathematical
entity
rather
than
a
physical
one
and
therefore,
we
could
not
count
the
infinite
galaxies
in
a
finite
time
and
thus,
it
is
impossible
to
prove
the
existence
of
infinite
universes
through
mathematical
tests
and
observations.
And
if
it
cannot
be
tested,
why
should
it
be
any
more
scientifically
valid
than
metaphysics
or
astrology?
But,
defenders
of
multiverse
theory
point
to
Kant
and
his
speculation
regarding
some
nebulae
being
"island
universes"

different
facets
of
the
multiverse
theory
have
been
explained,
what
about
society's
reaction?
My
hypothesis
is
that
society
will
freak
out
and
eventually
progress
into
a
nihilistic
and
existential
society.
Inevitably,
there
will
also
be
individuals
who
react
differently.
I
believe
society's
reaction
will
mirror
that
of
what
happened
when
Charles
Darwin
proposed
his
theory
of
evolution.
Because
society
went
haywire
when
their
view
of
the
world
was
changed,
no
doubt
society
will
react
in
a
similar
way
because
their
view
of
the
entire
universe
itself
would
change.
A
majority
of
the
population
sees
our
universe
as
a
singular
entity
that
exists
on
its
own.
Outside
of
our
universe,
there
is
nothing,
since
everything
we
know
of
is
contained
within
the
universe.
But
the
multiverse
theory
claims
that
other
universes
exist
outside
of
our
own.
Those
universes
contain
other
versions
of
ourselves
in
different
contexts,
different
jobs,
different
socioeconomic
levels,
and
with
different
passions.
Right
after
Charles
Darwin's
theory
of
evolution
was
published,
it
was
read
and
reviewed
by
people
of
different
religions,
interests,
and
professions.
Many
of
its
first
readers
were
appalled.

Leifchild

cobblestones which are placed in the stone buildings. The author was living a normal day. He had no
purpose in mind to observe anything in particular. While the author was walking on the streets of
Rome looking at the inscriptures and sculptures, sconces and windowsills, he suddenly looked at the
irregular cobblestones and then turned towards the person who was fixing it and improving its shape.
The

maintaining the beauty of Rome. The sound of the hammer is like music to him now. Through this

everybody 's life regardless if you become one or not.Science makes the future come to us, they

Utilitarianism If the offender of the law is indeed worthy of being punished, how then would
utilitarianism justify the degree to which the individual is punished? With the ultimate ends to
punishment being the promotion of the greatest good, the proportions to which coercive force is used
are
determined
via subordinate ends. These subordinate ends define the punishment as only positive as a response to
the
initial crime the secondary act of evilness by punishment is what allows the injustice of the crime to

Lupus help narrow down the possibility of whether one has Lupus or not because there is not one

factors that cause it; the causes of Lupus are from a combination of genetics and the environment.
Sometimes people inherit what is called a genetic predisposition which means that they inherit the
chance to eventually develop it. It is very hard to pinpoint one single source of cause that triggers
Lupus like I mentioned before. Things in the environment like UV rays from the sun, or unrelated
things
like an infection or a pregnancy can trigger it. The symptoms of Lupus range from Extreme fatigue,
headaches, photosensitivity, pain/swollen joints, and one clear indicator being a butterfly shaped

Placebo
Cure
As
per
the
Merriam–Webster
dictionary,
a
cure
is
defined
as,
"something
(such
as
a
drug
or
medical
treatment)
that
stops
a
disease
and
makes
someone
healthy
again;
something
that
ends
a
problem
or
improves
a
bad
situation"
(Merriam–Webster's,
2014).
The
study
of
science
and
philosophy
are
trying
to
work
together
so
that
we
may
answer
the
difficult
questions
that
we
have
surrounding
the
world
in
which
we
live
in.
Scientific
experiments
are
often
conducted
so
that
results
may
be
obtained.
These
results
often
verify
or
disprove
a
scientific
hypothesis;
philosophers
on
the
other
hand
are
more
concerned
about
what
the
view
of
the
world
should
be.
A
placebo
is
a
pill,
treatment,
procedure
or
medicine
used
in
place
of
a
real
treatment,
the
patient
ends
up
having
a
psychological

In

which

and

of
the

without living that life before. Additionally, professor ofpsychology at the University of Iceland–
Erlendur Haraldsson– believes that children commonly allege that their current parents are not their
real
parents (Haraldsson). Providing more verification for the relation of age to reincarnation, Stevenson
notices that "there is only a brief window of time– between the ages of two and five– in which
children
retain these reminiscences" (Bering). Not only does age correspond with reincarnation, but there is

term multiverse has many nicknames including but not limited to quantum universes, alternate
universes, alternate realities etc. But, what is the multiverse? If one was to look up the meaning of
the
word, the definition that is provided in the Oxford Dictionary states "a hypothetical space or realm
consisting of a number of universes, of which our own universe is only one"1. The use of the term
multiverse or its other moniker parallel universe, has been used in cosmology, physics, and
philosophy

perhaps more prominently in science–fiction literature and movies for decades. Ever since Edwin
Hubble discovered that the universe is expanding in the 1920s, ... Show more content on

Though existence of multiverse has not been proven to be a fact as of yet, the primary concern
regarding the validity of multiverse theory is the fact that the existence of multiverse is not
observable
nor scientifically testable. Science is based on validity, reproducibility and the pursuit of truth.
However, how does one prove the existence of something, if it is purported to exist outside of our
visual horizon? Unlike distant stars, we have yet to see light, emitted from a parallel universe
through a telescope. So, the argument against multiverse theory is that it is a belief, rather than a
proven scientific fact and it is hypothetical in nature. And prioritizing hypothesis over observational
confirmations is a mistake that scientists are not afforded to make. George Ellis4, Professor of
mathematics from University of Cape Town supports this view by suggesting that even if there were
infinite number of universes, infinite is a mathematical entity rather than a physical one and
therefore, we could not count the infinite galaxies in a finite time and thus, it is impossible to prove
the
existence of infinite universes through mathematical tests and observations. And if it cannot be
tested, why should it be any more scientifically valid than metaphysics or astrology? But, defenders
of
multiverse theory point to Kant and his speculation regarding some nebulae being "island universes"

means to contain or to have. In the reflective sense, it means 'to have bear oneself'. To use the word
behave in common conversation, it is understood as to 'behave well'. As for the phrase 'to behave
badly', it is understood immediately. Behavior is looked at in society as the way a person presents
him or herself in a given situation. It is also related to the specialized sense of manners. Use of the
noun to refer to public conduct or, in a moral sense, to a general range of activities is still quite
common. But the term is also used in relation to plants, lower organisms and animals to describe the
apparent activity of the whole organism. One particular meaning followed from the extension of

Observable

these

A
key

Theology
Of
Fear
Book
Review
Fear
is
an
emotion
that
is
common
today,
both
in
the
secular
and
Christian
camps.
Many
become
scared
over
minute
things,
but
then
there
are
those
who
have
strong
fears
about
events
in
their
past
that
then
cause
fear
about
future
events.
How
do
we
know
when
we
should
be
fearful
and
when
we
should
simply
be
cautious?
Overall,
the
book
was
excellent,
and
it
offered
a
strong
approach
to
understanding
fear
and
how
to
overcome
it.
And
while
I

I

how

While

I

in

The
Writing
Process
Essay
The
Writing
Process
Writing
a
paper
on
the
writing
process
is
pretty
hard.
The
writing
process
is
different
from
one
person
to
another.
You
come
across
questions
like,
'What
exactly
is
the
writing
process?';
and
'Must
you
follow
one
persons
writing
process
if
yours
is
different?';
This
is
where
I
came
across
the
answer
to
my
questions,
write
however
you
wish
to
write.
If
one
person
likes
free
write
first
and
another
person
likes
to
write
a
draft
first,
let
them
do
how
they
please.
The
writing
process
is
something
that
you
figure
out
yourself
as
you
go
through
school.
I
personally
think
that
is
why
they
make
us
take
English
for
so
many
years.
Through
the
years,
I
found
that
some
teachers
forced
you
to
write
certain
ways.
I
believe

I
don't

him.
The
only
way
for
someone
to
improve
his
or
her
writing
is
if
a
peer
reads
over
it
and
explains
what
could
be
done
to
improve
it.
In
The
Maker's
Eye:
Revising
Your
Own
Manuscript,
Murray
says,
'Writers
must
learn
to
be
their
own
worst
enemy';
(Murray
87).
He
is
trying
to
say
that
when
it
comes
to
editing,
you
must
be
able
to
accept
criticism
from
others
and
be
suspicious
of
it.
Just
because
they
say
that
you
should
rearrange
that
paragraph
doesn't
necessarily
mean
you
have
to.
The
way
you
wrote
the
paragraph
could
be
in
your
own
voice.
Your
papers
should
be
filled
with
your
voice.
Voice
is
what
makes
your
writing
personal.
But
your
voice
could
be
different
depending
on
what
you
write
about.
I
would
put
a
lot
more
of
my
feelings
in
a
paper
about
food,
than
a
paper
about
how
the
polar
ice
caps
are
melting.
Revising
and
rewriting
a
paper
is
a
common
step
in
the
writing
process.
Personally,
I
think
your
paper
would
be
crap
if
you
skipped
these
steps
but
I'm
sure
someone
has
done
it
before.
Every
writer
has
revised
and
rewritten
a
paper.
Do
you
think
that
Shakespeare
wrote
Romeo
and
Juliet
in
one
shot?
I
don't
think
so.
In
conclusion,
writing
is
up
to
the
writer.
If
the
writer
decides
to
follow
the
formal
writing
process,
then
that's
their
choice. Nothing should be forced when it comes to writing. Then the writer does not put out their
best
work possible. Thank you for reading my Get more content on HelpWriting.net 我们

to
split the area into two separate states, creating Israel and Palestine. Being the only Jewish state in a

Park Observation My observation had been conducted near my home, a local park to be exact. This
park had been a day to place for adventure and fun during my youth. This gave me an important
perspective in observing the park consisting of individuals who I could easily connect to.This allowed
for
me to be easily influenced by the factors surrounding the park that connect to my early life. I see
things

compare them to my own youth and it affects my judgement on different topics. My standpoint is
critical in determining and analyzing the different factors that I saw at the park. When certain

As
stated above, my early childhood experiences are crucial when making inferences and understanding
the
reasoning behind them. I created two groups depending on their role within the game I observed;
The
Runners and Hunters. Regardless of the game I was observing, I refereed to the Runners as little
miniscule critters and the bigger kids to be the Hunters or the bad guys, which show the
pre–incorporated experience from my past. My biggest weakness was the influence of prior
experience on my present judgement. I had tried to connect to the people I had chosen to observe,
and
that
changed the end result of my investigation causing it to be impacted on a personal level. The topic I
had chosen to observe was limited by the time frame and the individuals I had looked at. The time
had been a big factor, as 60 minutes is nowhere near enough time to fully understand the
environment and critically analyze it. Besides time, as I read over my observation I realized that I

incorporated the parents as a part of the observation would have provided a more explorable

PHIL2005 – Essay Plan Introduction Scientific realism has long been debated as one of the many
perspectives in the philosophy of science. As it explores the very basis of scientific knowledge, it is
an
attitude that finds itself intimately linked to nearly all aspects of the field. By convention, scientific
realism varies in its definition, however according to the Stanford Encylopedia of Philosophy it has a
core body of ideas composed of an "epistemically positive attitude towards the outputs of scientific
investigation, regarding both observable and unobservable aspects of the world". In order to display
the
apt nature of this attitude it is important to touch on the likes of the significance of human

The
Reality
Of
The
Universe
Our
lives
are
limited,
the
majority
of
them
ending
just
before
becoming
a
century
old.
Our
collective
age
as
a
species
is
also
miniscule,
lasting
only
the
hour
before
New
Year's
if
the
existence
of
our
universe
was
shrunk
into
a
calendar
year.
This
puts
not
only
time,
but
our
limitations
into
perspective.
Such
vast
numbers
cannot
be
comprehended
by
our
minds,
hence
the
popular
calendar
metaphor.
Studying
astronomy
makes
aware
to
us
our
limitations
and
thus
reveals
an
awe–inspiring
new
realm
that
we
could
not
have
grasped
even
a
glimpse
of
before.
Neil

us
on
our
journey
through
the

us
our
cosmic
address

where
we
are
in
our
vast
universe.
It
goes
from
as
close

as
our

and
as
far
out
as
the
observable
universe,
with
the

and

Finding
our
place
in
the
universe
like
this
takes
us
through
clusters
of
stars
separated
by
unimaginable
amounts
of
empty
space.
Looking
at
ourselves
in
this
way
puts
everything
into
perspective
and
shows
how
small
we
are
and
how
little
we
have
truly
explored.
Not
only
have
we
explored
an
amount
so
small
that
rounding
it
would
equate
to
zero,
our
existence
itself
has
lasted
an
irrelevant
duration
in
the
history
of
the
universe.
As
far
as
we
know,
our
universe
is
about
14

we

Observable
Behavioral Differences Between Men And Women It's interesting how many researchers found what
they
were
looking for, as this has been common in research, science, and even philosophy throughout history.
Freud, who came up with the idea of an Oedipus complex, based his theories of women on a few
upper–middle–class women in Vienna suffering from psychological disorders. He based his findings
on
men on an even smaller sample. Freud wasn't the only person. Much like how many brain researchers
"find exactly what they are looking for, and what they are looking for are the brain–based
differences that explain the observable behavioral differences between adult women and adult men"
(Kimmel, 35). Since these craniologists believed that men and women were different and that men
were
better, they compared men's and women's test scores. Women did better, so they ... Show more

Kimmel states that "it is interesting to see that women's drive, ambition, and industriousness were
used against them but that men were not faulted for impulsiveness, impatience, and laziness" (35).
Despite the results of the study being inconclusive (assuming the researchers were correct in saying
women had better memories and worked harder), men were still shown as being better than women.
People have been finding what they were looking for as long as people have been looking for
answers to their questions. Philosopher René Descartes is an example of this from 17th century
France. One of the things all philosophers looked for until Nietzsche was an ultimate, undeniable
truth. To do this, Descartes doubted everything until he found something that he couldn't prove
wrong. The first thing he found was that he existed because he was thinking. But if he existed he

Unit 2 M3 To get the formula you will need to click the F5 cell and type =SUM(B5:F5) formula. This
will
give the daily total for each expense. Once you are done with the first row you will need to enter the
formula into the remaining rows. As an example you will type in F6 cell =SUM(B6:F6). This
calculates each cell B6 F6. As for the formula that allows you to get the total of expenses for each
category weekly, you will enter in the B13 cell and type =SUM(B5:B13) continue to do this for each
cell. Which in the Hotels column you would type =SUM(C5:C13). This calculates C5 C13 and gives

go onto the Windows website www.microsoft.Windows.com; protecting yourself from bad internet
users can affect your business as they can create viruses and get into the work files. There are two
network protocols that are used to manage devices and servers; they are called Secure Shell (SSH)
and
Telnet. SSH offers protection for users against anyone with bad intentions as it utilizes encryption to
protect the traffic stream. Telnet has no security measures as it transmits all the data in plain text,
including passwords. This is major security issue as a data sent in plain text can be captured in route

3. The Gibraltar Tunnel Treaty it might be said: Attributing the actions of Seguridad to Spain
Seguridad acting on behalf of the State of Spain, has not breached article four of the 2020 Gibraltar
Tunnel treaty by checking passports of passengers bound for Spain after the train has left the last
scheduled stop on the Moroccan side of the tunnel. However, article two of that treaty makes it
pertinently clear that the High Contracting Parties shall take the measures which are necessary to
ensure that the... operation of the Gibraltar Tunnel shall be consistent with their international
obligations . The High Contracting Parties of the Gibraltar Tunnel treaty are Mauritania, Morocco,
Spain, Portugal and the UK. Of these five, only the United Kingdom has not ratified/acceded the
1951 Refugee Convention, whereby its current action status is declaration. Similarly, the new 2023
protocol to the 1951 Refugee Convention has been declined by the UK and ratified or acceded by
the
remaining four High Contracting Parties of the Gibraltar Tunnel treaty. Article seventeen of the new
protocol extends the reach of refoulement such that denial of entry to refugees aboard public or
private transport, into a state by a state organ, will be considered an act of expulsion regardless of
