with water can contribute to nail splitting.

EVERY DAY
Daily bathing helps get rid of odor-
causing bacteria. That is why it is so
important to take a shower and wash
your entire body very well to prevent
bacteria from settling on the skin.

TEETH AFTER EVERY MEAL

The main reason to brush your

because we must eliminate the
bacterial plaque that, if left
untouched, accumulates and
deteriorates the tooth surface.
