CONCEPT NOTE
Climate change poses one of the most
significant challenges of our time, with far-
reaching environmental, economic, and social
implications. Addressing this challenge
requires innovative solutions that not only
mitigate the impacts of climate change but
also transition towards a sustainable and
greener economy. Intellectual Property (IP)
rights play a crucial role in incentivizing and
protecting these innovations. Therefore, there
is a pressing need to explore how the
convergence of IP rights can contribute to
mitigating climate change and fostering a
transition to a greener economy. The
International Conference on Convergence of
