As we know, talented personnel are one of the factors that create competitive advantage for
businesses and organizations.
To have a good strategy to attract human resources, we need to choose modern recruitment
methods including:
+) Promote people with values, ethics, qualifications, and understanding skills
+) Suitable for businesses
As for businesses or recruitment companies, as we have learned, there are 7 strategic recruitment
processes, from planning the labor source, finding talent sources, recruiting them...etc...But
perhaps the most important step that, as I said, can help businesses create a difference and a
competitive advantage, must lie in the step "maintaining human resources". Companies that want
to maintain human resources can go through the following steps:
+) Create a suitable environment for human resources, but also create a little pressure to promote
talented people
+) Use human resources in the right position as well as their right skills (This is extremely
important)
+) Good remuneration and good salary and bonus policies are also one of the conditions to attract
and maintain talented human resources.
For example, a company paying an average salary to a potential employee can lead to several
consequences for both the company and that employee.
Back to comity:
+) Businesses may lose a human force that is good enough and creates a competitive advantage
with other businesses.
+) Loss the image and reputation of the company in the labor market as well as the recruitment
market
+) Can create problems for opponents to exploit related to salary and bonus policies, thereby
lowering our business

company after knowing the company's compensation policy.
About human resources:
+) They may feel disrespected and unworthy of their abilities
+) They can leave the company at any time if competitors are willing to pay higher salaries
+) It Can affect the human resources themselves if they are talented and receive an average
salary, leading to them losing their reputation and self-confidence.
To solve this problem, organizations can consider increasing salaries to compete with other
companies and attract the best talent. This way, organizations can ensure that they have quality
staff and are capable of actively contributing to the growth and success of the company.
