• Quality control testing is started from Raw material like Chemicals and Packing material, all
specifications are checked at receiving time with Proper Certificate of Analysis from supplier. Visual
check is performed and if required physical testing is done depending upon the material.
• Once QC pass the material, GRN is issued by store department and QC dept. will issue Quality
control reference number and then material is issued in production.
• During Production running, Quality controller inspects every hour as per standard requirement and
ensures proper checking as per sampling plan.

• Depending on Customer Requirement, generally 45 GSM ,70-Polyster and 30 Viscous is been used.

prevent any damage to the product and to avoid dust accumulation.
