“How to be a good and responsible leader”

Being a good leader is such a responsibility as a human being, it flickers

the overall attitude of an individual persona that unlocks it’s potential to
guide and lead its members. As a person who engage different task every
time a society needs one to step-up for the sake of the majority. Most of
the time this kind of ability takes courage and sometimes it is a natural
self-act of one that has been influenced by its culture and surroundings, it
may occur independently by being used to it. Doing such thing may need a
vast and huge power to be able to control and enhanced it. Discipline also
is a major key to distinguish a being that held this kind of ability; we
believed that a much greater responsibility comes with humungous
bravery in order to fulfill such amazing act called ‘Leader’.
