(c) The treating doctor had diagnosed him with ACUTE ENTERITIS and had advised to take
rest from date 07 Sep 2023 to 07 Sep 2023 for the same for full recovery.

(d) He has been declared fit to resume duties from 08 Sep 2023 .

(e) Based on the above I am of the opinion that there is sufficient reason to grant him leave on
medical grounds for the period from date 07 Sep 2023 to date 07 Sep 2023.
