diagnosis CVA INFARCT (I63.9) (LEFT CG REGION INFARCT), TYPE-2 DIABETES MELLITUS (E-11.9),
HYPERTENSION (I-10) & was discharged on 22.06.23

After reviewing today now it’s a case of CVA improved.
