(a) This student has complied with the rules and regulations of the existing Medical Leave policy of

(b) During the course of his illness the student was under treatment from Dr .P Rahul Qualification
MBBS Registration Number117873 registered with APMC.

(c) The treating doctor had diagnosed him with ALLERGIC RHINITIS? and had advised to take rest
from date 24 Jul 2023 to 24 Jul 2023 for the same for full recovery.

(d) He has been declared fit to resume duties from 26 Jul 2023 .

(e) Based on the above I am of the opinion that there is sufficient reason to grant him leave on
medical grounds for the period from date 24 Jul 2023 to date 24 Jul 2023.
