    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am Abu Bakkar Siddique, I’m writing this letter to inform you that I have applied for
    A Medical Visa for my daughter Ayesha Siddiqua (BGDDVD362F23) & Two
    Medical attendant Visa (BGDDVD366E23 & BGDDVD367923) on 08 Aug, 2023.

    My daughter is 01 (one) years old. She has been diagnosed as a case of Wilms Tumor
    (Rt Sidee) The. Size of tumor is about 8emx8emx 11cm. arising for anterior aspect of
    right kidney.

    She need immediate treatment as soon as possible. We have tried many hospital and
    doctors from last month. With recommendation of Doctor our last hope is CMC
    Vellore Hospital, India

    Urgent request to Sir is that in the light of the mentioned information, considering the
    medical condition of my daughter, please kindly grant the visa on urgent basis for her
    treatment.
