I, Mr. Manikandan, S/0. Alagesan, Hindu, aged 32 years, residing at No.
6/186, AnnaNagar, Avvaiyampallam, Kalkurichi, Senthamangalam, Namakkal,
do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows :

1. I am the petitioner herein and also petitioner is main petition.

2. I submits that I have filed the above case against the respondent herein
seeking the relief of divorce.

3. I further submits that p.w.1 to 3 were examined on my side and at the

same time, the R.W.1 to 2 were examined on the side of the respondent namely
my wife and also marked exhibits P.1 to P.5 were marked on my side in order to
prove my case.

4. I further submits that the R.w.1 namely my wife was already cross
examined by the counsel appearing on my behalf and she has also specifically
denied the several facts which is against the documents produced by me as
exhibits and at the same time, due to personal inconvenience of the counsel
appearing on my side, could not cross examined the R.w.1 in full, the further
cross examination of the R.w.1 is very necessary in order to prove my case,
which is very vital to decide this case on merits.

5. I submits that in order to provide last and final opportunity to me, I may
permitted to further cross examine the R.W.1 by reopen the above case.

Therefore, I prays that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to recall the
R.W.1 for further cross examination and thus render justice.
