Addition project of Mls HMEL at Bathinda (Punjab) was awarded to M/s EXCEL
TECHNICAL SERVICES PVT. LTD Vide LOA no. 7470000005 dated 26.09.17. The value
of the work order is Rs.13,72,07,042.00 ( Indian Rupees Thirteen Core Seventy Two Lac
Seven Thousand Forty two only ) excluding GST with a completion period of 8
months from the date of issue of work order i,e 26.09.2017.

Mls EXCEL TECHNICAL SERVICES PVT. LTD has provisionally completed the work as
per the drawings, specification and instructions of Engineer —in-charge.

This certificate is issued to M/s EXCEL TECHNICAL SERVICES PVT. LTD on their
request to quote other project.
