NICK PRICE RESIDENCES
HOUSING DESIGN
Inside the Grand Coral Riviera Maya complex, you will find the project for the realization of 278 homes “ISLA AMA-
NECER” surrounded by a golf course designed by the famous golfer Nick Price.
The NICK PRICE RESIDENCES are a set of 3 buildings of 123 homes closely linked to the golf course and its clubhouse.
All the buildings are located in a line parallel to the contour of the plot, facing the golf course, closing the communica-
tion and connection areas inside the area. A lot of movement has been given to the buildings to allow greater permea-
bility of vision from the interior of the plot and to break the massive appearance of the buildings

RESIDENCIAS LORENA OCHOA
HOUSING DESIGN
174 departments “Loren Ochoa Residences” in Playa del Carmen. Mexico.
Located in the community of Grand Coral Riviera Maya, the Lorena Ochoa Residences project includes the construction of
174 units in three buildings that fall off the large leisure areas, including swimming pools, children’s play area, barbecues,
etc. .

HOUSING DESIGN
OCEAN HOMES
Ocean Homes is a residential complex of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom
houses located on the beachfront with direct access to the
promenade and sea views from all houses. The com-
plex, established by the developer Pryconsa, is located on a
17,800 m2 plot and has an exclusive central recreation area
formed by a large sheet of water which contains an island
with garden areas, a solarium, and a beach club. The complex
also has a gym, a children’s area, and paddle tennis courts.

 “THE FIVES”. PLAYA DEL CARMEN
Urbanization and residential design project of 40 apartments on
THE FIVES the beachfront in Rivera Maya, Mexico. The complex includes
common areas with a swimming pool, a children’s area, gardens
and a beach club.
The concept tries to integrate traditional Mexican architecture and
the indigenous landscape into a pure volume with open spaces.
The project consists of three buildings connected by two com-
munication hubs and open exterior walkways. All the houses are
organized to provide a view of the sea and the swimming pools.

COMMERCIAL DESIGN Future development in New Cairo of
the prestigious company ROCC specia-
NEW CAIRO BOULEVARD lized in commercial and office projects.
The program includes the realization
of different buildings with main com-
mercial and entertainment use (Retail,
restaurants, cinemas, hotel) and a busi-
ness park with office buildings.
The main idea of the project is to crea-
te a main interior artery from east to
west, pedestrianized zone allows cros-
sing in the entire complex, thus giving
great value to the entire commercial
area. Other perpendicular streets allow
vehicular access to the different areas
of the project and access to the under-
ground parking.

The competition arises from the collaboration with the engi-

neer Huahui Engineering Design Group Co. Ltd. that received
the comission.
The project consists of a central shopping center and an offi-
ce tower.
The plan and height were defined by the existing program,
hence the final volume was defined by the building’s envelo-
pe, a silk skin that is supported by a perimeter structure on
the facade and roof, seeking to give lightness to the whole.
This skin served to illuminate the building and promote adver-
tisements allowing its facade to be changing and dynamic.
On the other hand, few ovoid, egg-shaped elements emerge
from building zone, conforming the entrances and patios of
lights.

COMMERCIAL DESIGN B THE TRAVEL CALEIDO
Caleido is a 181-meter, 36-floors skyscraper located next to
the Four Towers Business Area (CTBA) complex on Paseo de
la Castellana (Madrid, Spain).
On its ground floors, a large commercial space is developed
which includes some offices in the form of free-standing cu-
bes with two floors.
The design for this project combines the technology of meta-
llic materials such as the alucobond sheet which reminds us
of the construction of cruise ships with the permeability pro-
duced by the holes drilled in the sheet, a unique characteristic
of the commercial space.

HOTEL MAYAMAR
HOTEL DESIGN
This project is located in the Grand Coral Riviera Maya
complex, near the town of Playa del Carmen, and has
an elongated longitudinal strip that extends to the sea,
with a surface area of 37,334 m2.
The plot is divided into two areas, a hotel next to the
entrance area and a leisure area near the sea.
The hotel lot is integrated into the vegetation where
small two-story buildings are located; this solution pro-
vides independence to that batch. The views are achie-
ved through the diagonal positioning of the buildings.

SINGLE HOUSE IN CADIZ. SPAIN

The house is located in the Atlanterra urbanization, facing towards the sea.
The land is part of a hill with a considerable slope, hence the house is developed
on three levels to take advantage of the entire site, with access from the top and
bottom to the plot of the house.
The project opens completely to the sea and underneath it is supported on walls
made of local stone which raises the main volume formed by a skin-like envelope
that runs through the two upper floors, the rest are large windows facing the sea.

Single Family House in Gran Canarias (Canary Islands)

The design opens the volumes that are facing the Atlantic, with large windows and
terraces . The Infinity swimming pool visually merges with the ocean and the bands
that divide the building represents the concept.
The wooden screens allow the light to wash the common rooms and the 5 be-
drooms that make up the program with natural light, yet controlling the direct sun-
light.
Open spaces and warm materials define the image of this contemporary residence
overlooking the big blue.

SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE “BARCODE”, MADRID
The design divides the site into different bands, like a barcode. Each band corresponds to the different
needs expressed by the client. This division is reflected by the use of materials and the architectural
envelope.
Zone 1: The garden, an area for growing food plants, fruits and vegetables.
Zone 2: The secondary space of housing, necessary but not principal.
Zone 3: The communications and house services.
Zone 4: The core of the house, where the basic living activities take place.
Zone 5: Leisure, coexist here the main pool and the terrace.
Zone 6: The garden.

In this project we combine the traditions of the local cons-

truction with new technologies .The design introduces several
cuts in the mass of the house to open it to its sorroundings.

composition and the need for spatial composition of ar-
