conversations with advanced preparation.
Decision Making:
Use consensus more than contention; project decisiveness in practical matters; discuss major problems with experts; make final
choices in cooperation with others.
Response to Opposition:
Respond to queries by asking questions in return; place others on the defensive; feel prepared to defend proposals, ideas.
Social Issues:
